A letter I got today.
At TrainFest 2013 in Milwaukee, I bought a DVD of paper model kits from Clever Models. At home, I found it was mislabeled, not the collection I wanted. I emailed the company and they handled the issue quickly and fairly. I couldn’t be happier. I teach college courses in marketing and public relations, and Clever Models owners and founders Thom & David Miecznikowski get an “A.”
Their model kits are great, too.
