Everything is Clever Models textures printed on 110 lb cardstock, except for the sticks holding the shutters up (that was more of a folding challenge than I felt up to). Very simple, but my first scratch-built entirely in cardstock.

Nice job...really liked the concrete block "foundation".

Really like seeing Clever Bros' textures and models used for scratch and semi-scratch built structures. I hope to get rolling on a model of a local hot dog restaurant soon -- maybe over Thanksgiving. Your work is encouraging me to get off my duff. . . .
