Monday, April 4, 2016 at 1:19PM I have a feeling Dave Frary doesen’t like the King moniker he’s been saddled with but it’s undeniable that he’s one of the most recognized and respected modelers on the planet and a real nice guy to boot. He was keeping a low profile until recently, (he’s a master competitive BBQ cook) deciding to be more visible in the railroad hobby again. He’s been posting pics of his past builds on facebook and heres one from a Nantucket museum On30 layout that features a couple of our smaller kits and materials.
When we first started out with cardstock modeling Dave was very supportive and got the paper models thing right away. He’s a pro and knows a good thing when he sees it.
He commented that our kits fit right in with all the scratchbuilds and no one even notices that they’r paper.
