P/N S69, Wright’s General Repair Shop
Kit number S69, Wright’s General Repair is not a new kit. It has been available as part of the Waterfront Collection since 2012, but it has never been available by itself, until now. This version is a complete upgrade of that popular kit. The exterior artwork has been redone more accurately for easier assembly. The interior is all new and better represents accurate “stud-wall” construction. The entry alcove has been re-designed to make it more universal and better detailed. The roof can now be “shingled” just as you would a real roof. While the 2021 version of the kit is much more detailed, we have made it easier to build with detailed instructions to build the model with or without the interior. Construction time is usually less than a week for any skill level. The building scales out to 14’-4 wide x 19’-0 deep x 21’-6 tall to the roof peak. The false front is 17’-0 wide x 20’-0 Tall. The Entry Alcove is 5’-9 wide x 6’-6 wide x 12’-9 tall to the roof peak and can be positioned against the side or rear walls. It could even be used separately. Price: $11.95

P/N S126, Cream City Tool Works Building D
If you read the kit description below and the BLOG, you now realize that we are going to make all of the old FREEBIES available for sale. This is the second one we are offering, #17 in the series. This building is not based on the prototype in Milwaukee, but was developed to test some new modeling techniques. It does fit in perfectly with the other three buildings. It is a single story, 38’-6 x 25’-6 and has a full interior. An easy kit to build in a week of evenings. Price: $11.95

P/N S125, The Small Wooden Ice House
A while ago I asked the customer base if they would like to see all the past FREEBIES made available for sale. Well because of overwhelming acceptance of the idea, this is the first of the freebies to become available. This Small Wooden Ice House originally began with a build by David Sakrison. He sent it to us and said we could make it available. This is a nice small structure which anyone can build in less that a week of evenings. On David’s layout, it has and additional loading dock and an icing platform WHICH are NOT PART of the KIT. They may become available in the future. The reason we picked this kit as the first to be sold is because our good friend, Sam Miller is planning a Youtube tutorial on building some of the elements of this kit and we wanted it available so you could build along with him. The following is how you get to Sam’s Youtube page. https://www.youtube.com/c/CardStockModelingforModelRailroads
The main building is about 17’ wide, 17’-9 deep and 25’-6 tall to the roof peak. There is a Lean-to that can be attached to the side that is 17’ wide, 8’ deep and 14’ tall at the highest point. It is a fun and versatile kit.
Price: $9.95

P/N S124, Cream City Tool Works Building B
This is the third in a series of three buildings that make up the Cream City Tool Works complex (AKA Cream City Machine Tools: Kosma Tool Works). As most of you know Cream City has been available in HO scale since about 2013 but not in O scale because of the size. This building, “BUILDING B” is about 7-1/8” x 14-1/2” in O scale, or about 29’ x 58’. Cream City is (was) an actual group of buildings in the Milwaukee Wisconsin area. There are a couple of differences between this kit and the old HO version. First, this kit is much more detailed which means it is a bit more complex to build. It will probably take the average paper modeler a couple of weeks of evenings to complete. Second, the brickwork in this kit is much darker than in the HO version. Cream City Brick is descriptive of the light cream color of the original building. But it is a very porous brick and darkens substantially, as it ages. This is what we have modeled in this kit. If there is a demand, we may produce this O scale version in the light brick.
NOTE: This kit comes in O scale with instructions to print in ANY smaller scale. Price: $12.95
