This is an unpainted wooden fence approximately 8 feet tall. The color looks like dark, greenish, gray.
The length provided on a sheet increases as the scale gets smaller. The signs shown, are included.

P/N S23, Hoosier Mama’s Pies
Hoosier Mama’s Pies is typical of 3 story brick buildings found all over the country.
This is a model of an actual building in Chicago.
It is a fairly large building, 19’ wide x 28’ deep x 40’ tall, to the top of the front wall.
This kit comes with a partial 1st floor interior. An enjoyable, intermediate level model.
Plan on spending a couple of weeks of evenings.

P/N S24, Rudy’s Printing
Rudy’s Printing is a typical 2 story brick building found all over the country.
It has some really nice architectural details like the cast iron 1st. floor facade.
There is also a nice sized water tank, on the roof.
I’m sure that there will be many places, around the layout, where it can be used.
It is a narrow building, 15’ wide (including the stairs to the 2nd. floor, x 18’ deep x 30’ tall, to the top of the front wall.
The duct work shown is not part of the kit.
