P/N S120, The Silver City Factory Flat
This is the third in the Silver City series of mine flavored structures. The previous two, The Mine Shed and the Tool Shed were based on actual buildings photographed in Silver City Nevada. This building is not based on a full-sized prototype but on a picture of a very similar looking MODEL building already on a layout. It is really interesting to me that this too is a paper model, scratch-built by Scott Robertson in 1/48 scale and is part of a Wharf scene. Our model is a shallow relief building, intended to go against a backdrop. The main building is 17’ deep x 22’-6 wide x 30’-3 to the peak with a third-floor addition that adds another 11’ to the height. There are three lean-to’s attached to the main building, each about 3’-10 deep x 7’-10 wide. There is one on each side and one hanging off the front of the second floor. Even though this is a well detailed model it is easy to build and will probably require about 20 hours to build. This is a great starter kit and includes some “extras” so you can personalize it.

P/N S119, The Small Rural Service Station
This kit is something that you have been asking for, for a long time and we are happy to finally bring it to you.
This Service Station is not of any particular prototype, but is typical of what you would see on many back roads all over the country. As you can see in the picture, it is made up of three small structures, the Garage, the Office and the Pump Island Canopy. If arranged like the picture, they cover an area of about 33’ wide by 36’ deep.
This is a fairly simple build that beginner and expert paper modelers will enjoy and will probably take a week or two, of evenings to complete.

P/N S118, Rick’s Pickles
Rick’s Pickles is basically two separate kits in one. First there is the OFFICE, which is a 17’ wide x 15’ deep clapboard building that sits on a wooden deck that is 16’-8 wide x 24’-9 deep and sits on 4’ tall posts. The second, is the BRINE SHED, which is an open beam structure 21’-6 wide x 30’ deep. Under it are 6 “Brining Tanks” and an access platform. This is a completely freelanced structure, loosely based on many prototypes we have seen around the country.
It is an intermediate level kit and will probably take a week of evenings to complete.

P/N S117, Cash Meat Market
Cash Meat Market is a simple looking, one story, yellow brick storefront that dates back to the turn of the century. It scales out to 26’ wide x 31’-9 deep x 19’-3 tall. Even though it is simple looking, the building of the front wall is fairly difficult. You need to do some delicate cutting and folding, but the result is well worth the work. It comes with a partial interior insert that begs to be super detailed. The front wall will probably require a week of evenings to complete and the rest of the building another day or two. As you can see from the photo, it is an actual building, but we don’t know any more about it than what the picture shows.
