I just purchased a O scale CD and I want to scale it down to S. Does anyone know of the proper setting in adobe to scale O down to S?

O = 1:48
S = 1:64
48/64 = .75
In Image size uncheck "resample image" (which locks out "constrain proportions") and reduce one of the sides to 75% of it's size.
