Not sure if this has made it to you guys already, but here http://www.carendt.com/scrapbook/page98a/index.html#hillside you can see what I managed to do with your Nissan hut kit in O-scale. Essentially, I cut the kit into two, and got two really nice industrial buildings out of it. [I couldn't fit the full kit on my micro layout anyway, so had no choice.]
