There is a build thread for the HO Coal dealer going on over at model railroad forums. Apparently if you bought the online download of this kit you might be missing the interior (Pg 03). If you have the First street DVD or O scale kit you should be OK.
I will post the missing page in the freebies section. Very sorry for the oversight. this one slipped through the cracks.

I have the HO version DVD of First Street and just checked it for the "interior" page. My DVD did not have the "interior" page, I have it now.
