Hi all, I was wondering if you could help solve my problem. The stair/deck assembly is not located on the ho crossing tower sheet.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Clark.
The stairs / platform are at the lower, left corner of the sheet. Directly above are the battens, for the walls and directly to the right are the windows and doors.
Did you printer possibly cut of half the sheet?

No, my printer is fine, I tested that. The stair supports and other stuff in steps #29 and #30 in Ben's crossing tower tutorial seems to be missing in the ho scale file.
You should check that out.

Hey Clark. Boy am I embarrassed. First, Ben's tutorial shows the O scale kit for the Gatehouse. Here comes the embarrassing part. The parts that you talk about being missing are not in the HO scale version of the kit. Never have been. Don't know why. Can't explain it, it just is. Also don't know why , in all the time that kit has been a FREEBIE, one else ever mentioned it. Guess that means that you are the first to build it in HO.

Well, anyway, I would be happy to send you the O scale page that has those parts and you can scale it when you print it, but I don't have any way of contacting you other than this discussion page and it does not capture email addresses. (On purpose.) So if you will send your email address to mize1@sbcglobal.net, I will send you what you are looking for.

P.S. The parts will be very delicate which MAY be the reason they were not included in the first place.

parts, and posted the original post, I got tired of waiting and hacked some parts from
other freebies like the Princeton Brewery.

Well, hmmmm, yes, I did build the crossing tower in HO. However as soon as I looked at the layout I knew that I could not handle the stairs. What I did instead was use laser cut stairs and railings from 'Rusty Stumps'.

Now I just took a quick look at the crossing tower I have on my computer and it does have the stairs and such. My computer indicates that I downloaded the file Nov 2, 2009.

If Dave or Thom would like I guess I could upload the files.
