What is the best glue to use to create Mylar windows in card stock models. I haven't had any luck with that INSTA-CURE stuff.

I have tried almost everything & found that Loctite all purpose GO2 glue to be the best. I found it at Home Depot. Seems to be polyurethane based. Takes a while to dry & it is NOT water clean-up.
