Discussion > A Pretty Good Cardstock Gas Station
This guy is also an excellent modeler:

If you scroll through the photos, you can see a gas station with a new clapboard front and an old brick former blacksmith's shop converted to a repair shop in the back. I really like the design.

After looking at his railroad layout, the gas station in the layout is really cool and would make another great model. This one has character.

I’m always humbled and encouraged when I see great modeling as shown by Doug Ramos. Thank you for sharing.
Does anyone here know which buildings on Doug’s layout are cardstock?
I also think a gas station as shown in the first link from the German gentleman would be a nice addition to the line.

Here is my cardstock gas station. It was inspired by a 3d (virtuial) model by Tim Muir from the elvastower forums.
