Are Clever Models products scale dependent, or can some / all of them be scaled on the PC? I'm a member of a tiny group that models in TT scalae (1:120). We have some items in the works and will need structures for our underway layouts.

They can all be scaled on the PC. The newer Clever Models are all in O scale, while the older models are available in either O or HO.
The rule is: take the scale you HAVE and divide it by the scale you WANT. To change from O scale to TT...
O ÷ TT
48 ÷ 120 = .40
Move your decimal point over two spaces to the right and you get the percentage:
40%
