A client asked me to build an Ertl plastic mill kit for him, but I talked him into letting me replicate at least one of the buildings in cardstock. I used Clever textures P/N T46 (Rusted Standing Seam Steel Siding) and P/N T71 (Illinois Stone.)
Hopefully my client will relent and allow me to build the main mill building in cardstock, because the plastic bricks don't even look remotely like bricks, and the walls don't fit flush with each other. It's almost as much work to scratch-build as it is to get the Ertl kit up to my standards...
This was a pretty quick build -- about three evenings.
