Since I determined that the area my grandkids and I are "modeling" actually had a crossing tower AND the layout has been called "Blacktop Crossing", I figured it was about time to fabricate Clever Bros' Crossing Tower. I've had the file since 2013 or so!

I found the scale to be a bit small and adjusted to provide a doorway a little larger than 6 feet (my original printout showed something less than 5 feet). Dave confirmed that it is a SMALL tower, but even suggested printing at a larger percentage for HO using O scale files.

My skills still leave a bit to be desired, but the final results were acceptable to my granddaughter.

Hmm, come to think of it, maybe the tower is not in final form -- I think it needs a smokepipe!!
