P/N S100, Modern Steel Enginehouse
This is a very simple looking building. Fairly small, especially for an enginehouse.
Can be easily extended to a more realistic length by adding side wall & roof sections.
Many, many prototypes for this type of building exist with a countless number of variations.
Most modelers will be able to build this kit in a week of evenings.
NOTE: This kit comes in O scale with instructions to print in ANY smaller scale. Price: $7.95

P/N S99, Modern Steel Building
We have been asked for some modern diesel era buildings.
This is the first of what will eventually be a new series of modern buildings.
We thought we would start with about as basic a building as you will find anywhere.
This is a simple kit, a basic box with an optional roll-up door lean-to.
The walls are all blank, but we have included four sheets
with nothing but doors and windows that you can locate anywhere.
You could probably put ten of these on your layout and make then all look different.

P/N S97, Creeky Roofing Co.
Creeky Roffing Co. is a slightly rundown, very plain wooden building.
It can be built in a couple of different ways.
With or without the side wing building or even two, as shown in the picture.
It will look good in almost any time period form the late 1800’s to the present.
Once one of our most popular freebies, we have made it available again.
A fairly easy build which should take an average modeler about a week of evenings.
Figures and cast details, not included. O Scale $7.95, HO Scale $7.95

P/N S96, The Wooden Billboard
Kit number S96, is another of the Freebies that has never been available by itself, until now. This kit is a freelanced version of a typical older styled wooden billboard that you might have seen just about anywhere around the country. It fits into any time period from the 20’s to the present. This version is a complete upgrade of the earlier kit. Much of the artwork has been redone. As a freebie this kit was offered with 4 signs. The 2021 version of the kit has 13. This kit is so easy to build that there are no formal instructions. Everything you need to know is printed on the kit pages. The sign portion of the billboard is 11’-6 tall x 22’ wide. The Support frame places the top of the sign at about 21’.
