Free down load/possible contest model

Hay, here’s the model I want to make a free download.  It’s based on somthing I saw on Mr. Sellios’s layout.  Please let me know if you think this would be a good subject for the model contest.

That shed certainly would be a nice model, and along with the water tower, both in O scale would work well for my RR.

Thom,

That's a beauty .... all kinds of possibilities. Would love to see it in O scale, as well. I have already thought of two or three places I could fit it on my layout, each one modified to fit the situation. Hmm ... needs a metal stack ... but I have plenty of soda straws. Model contest? What model contest? I'm in ....

Hello Thom,
I think you may have struck inspirational gold with this as a free download and modeling contest. When I look at it, I am reminded of being a young modeler and finding a very old Model Roader from the thirtys. It seems everything that is old is new agan. In the depression many highly skiled work men were thrown out of work. They turned to building models from paper and card for free or very cheap. They kept their minds and skills sharp for their eventual return to the work force. I have always seen them as the true masters in the model railroad world and see this as a great opportunity for old or new modelers to be inspired, get fired up and get modeling. Thank you, I am in.
