Happy holidays

I was cleaning out some old files and I came across this pic which is from our first train show in Indy.  It also shows a bit of our first touring layout.  Oh how innocent we were.

A kool looking display. It explains a lot too me. It is as I thought. You design in "O" scale.

John, all our kits start in O. There are a couple of exceptions such as kits that were designed by others, outside the company. We end up re-creating them completely, but occasionally, an O scale kit would be too large to be practical. We don't do it often but some of our early adopters have designed models for their own layouts, that they graciously allow us to duplicate. We increase the resolution by replacing textures and insure that they meet our engineering specs. A good example is "Cream City / Kosma Tool". I am converting it, but it's going to be huge. I'm trying to focus on smaller and modular designs.
