Beautiful!

Thanks Cory. That is what I really like about these models. If you take your time and use the smallest amount of care, they really do turn out beautiful. And you dont need to be a paint expert to achieve it! I am going to do the Gorre & Daphetid water tower next.

Ben,once again youve done an excellant job,and beat me too the job of building one and showing so i have decided to do mine as an abandon/closed down flag stop will be publishing the picture in a day or two, whilst i take a break from the steeplecab which i'm know adding lights to and finish off the chassis.
keep up the excellant work, regards Marc.

I cant wait to see the steeplecab! I am looking forward to trying my hand at building some rolling stock and locomotives using this 'technology'!
Thanks for the kind words!

We feel fortunate that we have such talented model makers who enjoy our kits and who are so willing to share the process so others can take advantage of their experience. Neither my brother nor I are very good about documenting the builds. We are usually rushing just to be sure that the parts fit. My brother Dave is, like you both a master craftsman. My builds tend to be more expressionistic. I just want you and all of the really talented people who have taken on test builds (you know who you are) to know that we sincerely appreciate your help proving and in some cases designing new kits.

Marc,

Just reviewed your pix of the steeplecab. I love it! I will definitely build one if Thom makes it available. I just bought "bricks and mortar" volume 1, and I cant wait to start another building. My Gorre and Daphetid water tank is almost finished, and I will need something new for the benchtop. Send some more pictures of the steeplcab please!
