A nice build from down under

Lynn did a nice job with this updated Qounset Hut that he will use on his cane railway.  This is a repaint of the original hut that was one of our first kits.  An oldie but a goodie.

Avery nice job, indeed.

Thom, is that swamp cooler/air conditioner part of the kit? It would be great to have a file or disc that just contains "parts"; say, things like that swamp cooler, doors of various sizes, windows of various sizes, other detail items. Anyway, I already have a couple of buildings in my southwest layout that sure could use that swamp cooler.

Jim, It should be on some of the disks you have. Check the extras folder. But if you do,nt find it I'll send it to you.
We do have sheets of air conditioners and sheet metal ducts and such.

Lynn, nice job. It is a great little building with just the right amount of character. Can be made into almost anything too! Have you assembled any other Clever kits?

Really nice build. I almost expected to see water running from that a/c unit. lol
Nice to see the inside bracing detail. I like to see how others do things.
By repaint, do you mean on the 'puter?
Thanks for sharing.

I got double value from the Quonset hut O scale kit by cutting it in half !

So now I have two models for the price on one on my micro On3 layout :-)
