A big congratulations to master model railroader Jim Gore

Your all familier with Jims’ work and his ceasless promoting and educating people about cardstock (including his up coming book) well, Model Railroader will be featuring Jim’s J&RG railroad “The Chili Line” in its December issue.

It took 4 years from first visit by Lou Sassi to publication in MR. In the interim, the layout changed quite a bit. Greg Komar's photos are frim about 6 months ago. The video of the layout is also up on the MR website; short and sweet [the video also has some doofus running the trains too]. Anyway, some of Lou's best photos, in my opinion, were not included in the article.

I picked up a copy of Model railroader today and the article is great. thought the track plan was interesting with big sweeping curves. I thought the photography was fine though i see what you mean about how much the layout has evolved. the photos on the link you provided are better.
You deserve all the kudos you will get from the article.
