There are no HO files for the Puffer. The kit was only released in O. The relocation of the rub rail on page 2 is what we just fixed.
You can't make a fool of your self when you are part of a group that cares that mistakes get corrected, and everyone in that group knows that you care about what we all are doing in the hobby. If you go through the blog from the beginning till now, you would be amazed at some of the "interesting" comments I've made. We know that you care about your modeling and that it is important to you to do the best you can. That's all we ask of any modeler. Just do the very best you can. I know that many of our efforts have not been as good as we can make them, but when others let us know how we might improve, we would be remiss to not take advantage. You are a great modeler, Storey and we appreciate you.
I have a small issue in that you stated there are NO HO scale files of the Clyde Puffer. I have the HO scale Water Front DVD and in that DVD there is a folder titled 'Clyde Puffer Cargo Ship'. I open that folder and there are several PDF's stating HO scale 'Clyde Puffer' files.
Now in all fairness I have twice built this model. The first time I had issues with the size of the pilot's cabin door. I do believe a fix came out for that. I then did a second test build and all seemed OK. I soon plan to do a third build incorporating some of my own changes mostly to create more character.
As for the 'rub rails' I must have not had any trouble. But often I change things as I go along with the model build.
I guess my point here is that any of your customers that purchased the HO 'Water Front' DVD indeed do have a HO scale version of 'Clyde the Puffer'.
I know.... nit picker
