The Modern Steel Siding from our last building is available.

Now that we have released our first modern building, it only made sense that we would make matching siding available as a texture.  It is available on the GET TEXTURES page in O, S, HO and N scales.  Sorry the price went up slightly.  Still a heck of a deal.  I’m hoping that the next building released will be a matching single stall enginehouse.  Eventually, we will release versions in Green, Brown and White,  maybe other colors.  We’ll see how they sell.

Dave, how about adding a non-distressed white clapboard to the textures. I've been building some residential structures and seems you have every color but white. You know all the folks who own those businesses need a place to live, other than a company house, that is.

I agree.

We have white clapboard clean and distressed. Lots of other textures as well that have never been available. However not in every scale. Weve talked about a vol 2 but it will take time to convert all the scales.

I'll buy the disk the day it is released. You can never have to many textures.

I agree with Ron. The more textures the better. :)

Texture collection question, We have enough new textures to make a substantial release. Not as many as on volume one but enough to be a useful collection. It seems to me that a new dvd that contains all the textures new and old together might be better then a second disk. You would have to search between 2 disks to find what you want.
Almost everyone already has Vol 1. Do you want a smaller Vol 2 or a bigger all inclusive Vol 1.5

Also

What about scales or just O and HO (with the usual resizing instructions)

Your thoughts please

Thom:

I have not done much with additional textures (I did buy the textures disk), but do have “plans” so I would be interested in additional textures as a stand-alone CD/download. If it is really thin, than maybe add a few windows/doors or any details that make sense to have on this type of disk. I have a project for idea for a glass block entry. Have you done this yet? If so, I must have missed it.
