8 More Textures now available

We are finally getting around to putting all of the new textures that have been rattling around forever up on the website.  Sorry that they are a bit more expensive.  We are debating whether or not to make them available on a DVD.  Not sure how we will make it fair for everyone who wants to buy a DVD, but has already shelled out the money for the individual textures.  Never fear.  We will work it out.  DVD probably wouldn’t be available until Trainfest in November.

I think I will wait for the DVD as it appears it will have some of the more versatile textures.

I'm curious Steve, what do you consider the more "versatile" textures and why? I can tell you a part of the answer as to what will be on the DVD. Volume 1 is pretty much everything you see on the texture page down to the LOG WALL. Volume 2 will pick up from there and obviously go to the end. I just don't know where the end is yet.

What I can see is excellent and well worth the slight increase. If they continue like this I'll just hold out for the DVD. Honestly, your textures (especially brick) stand out above the rest!

Dave, I like the textures and I see they might fit a variety of projects for the future. For me, it seems to make more sense to go for a DVD with multiple textures and hopefully ones I might have plans for. I have used wooden siding from a kit O sclae kit to use as wainscoting for the inside of a G scale switch tower... it came out great. Hence, my view on the DVD. Not trying to be negative. For me any card modeling is usually done in the winter time. Don't give up train stuff.

Just nabbed a bunch of these new textures and the girder bridge, which I have a half-baked notion to kitbash into a turntable component.
