That is great! I'm reading a book called "Wheel Estate" that has several examples of this sort of thing.

There was a person here who did something much like this He bought a plot of land with the intention of building a home himself He put a trailer on it so he had someplace to live while he was building But the zoneing laws didnt allow for trailers After he got a notice from the city He mounted the trailer on a block foundation and erected a perminent skin of siding much like the trailer shed and beat the zoneing laws
