Can definitely use that but only have limited space so could you let me know approximate dimensions.
Looks a nice simple building with a lot of scope for personal changes to fit picture in my mind.
Look forward to seeing finished model.

I can imagine a bunch of different uses for this one. It would fit right in with the waterfront buildings as a warehouse. Great looking project!

Thom, I like the looks of this one and would like to add it to my railroad. Since I model in "V" scale ( train simulator ) I can send a version back so you can add it to the freebies. Will be watching for the release. John

The texture will be a part of the kit along with lumberparts.

Whats not shown is the tipple. It looks a bit like the chama coaling tower but narrower sitting on a pair of trestle bents. All the lumber is folded paper and I will tell you it will look its best if you use the paper lumber rather then replacing it with wood. Its the color that really makes a difference. So if your interested in this kit do prepare yourself for a lot of folding (not hard at all really) Also this mine will pair up with the other mine buildings already available.

For the bents and the lumber beams, I tend to use the paper and wrap it around cheap ABS plastic rod I get from ebay. I did that on my build of Smitty's, and it worked a treat. :)

Thom is right…the color makes the difference. And no "weathering" required…when you are done, you are done. My technique is to print the wood beams on good quality paper, lightly spray both sides with matte UV resistant Krylon, then use white glue to wrap the paper around basswood sticks of the required size. Balsa also works, but you get sharper edges with basswood. (You can, of course, cut your own sticks to wrap if you have a suitable table saw) After it dries, touch up edges again and spray the whole thing again to seal it. It may not be "pure" card stock, but it goes fast, looks good, and easier for me than long thin folded pieces.
