Many of our friends have asked for some modern diesel era buildings. This is the first of what will eventually be a new series of modern buildings. We thought we would start with about as basic a building as you will find anywhere. This is a simple kit, a basic box with an optional roll-up door lean-to. The walls are all blank, but there are four sheets with nothing but doors and windows that you can locate anywhere. You could probably put ten of these on your layout and make then all look different. Basic footprint is 27’ wide x 37’ deep x 17’ tall.
