Well folks, all good things must come to an end and I hope you thought this was a good thing.  I enjoyed bringing you the sale and I’m sure there will be another later this year.

You’ve still got a few minutes to take advantage, so go for it.

I hope that you all are just a little bit less claustrophobic because you are all building like crazy.  Please stay in and stay safe.  I’m praying that this will all be over soon.  That does not relieve you of your responsibility to send pictures.  Let’s see what you are doing.  In progress pix are fine.

Sale End??? Hmmmm! (And other stuff.)

Again, I hope all of you out there are enjoying the sale, BUT all good things must come to an end.  I’m thinking a 1 month sale is about all you and I can stand, so 4/19/2020 is going to be it.  Thank you all for your participation.  Now, lets see some pictures.  Don’t buy and archive the kits, BUILD THEM, and send me some pix.

And speaking of pictures, Jerry Leeds recently sent this in and all I can say is THIS IS HOW YOU BUILD A CLEVER MODELS KIT!  This model is spactacular.  Look at that roof.  TOP NOTCH Jerry.  Thanks for sharing.

I have a question.

First of all, I hope everyone is enjoying the sale.  Your response has been great, but now I want to see some pix of all the kits that you’ve bought.

Now to the problem.  A long time customer of mine has, like many of us, been forced to upgrade to Windows10.  He says that Windows10 refuses to unzip his archived files.

I personally have not been able to reproduce this problem, so I don’t know how to help.

Have any of you, out there, had issues with Windows10 refusing to open any zipped Clever Models LLC files.  Please reply on the comments page.

Hang in there everyone. It's not THAT bad! Announcement

Hi everyone.  Yeah, this is a tough time, but we are model railroaders and gamers.  We will get through it.  I want to thank you all for making the quarantine sale a great success.  And I don’t mean for me.  Although I love the sales, I really want you all to devote some extra time to your modeling.  I still have to work my day job, so I don’t really have any extra time, but if you do, go for it.  Try something you have been wanting to get done forever.  You may have noticed that the FREEBIE count is 000.  With the sale going on, you all blew past the 300 sales goal so fast, even I was amazed.  Problem is, even though we were alteady close to 300 before the sale, I wasn’t ready with the new freebie.  So, I promise you, it will get put up as soon as I can get it finished.  It won’t be long.  In the mean time, I am suspending the freebie count while the sale is going on because I will probably owe you another one as soon as I get this one posted.  I’m trying to do new kits and it is just hard to keep up.  I’m trying something new with this freebie.  It will be much more like a full kit than a freebie.  It is a modification (enhansement) of an existing kit, but with a lot of new features and details.  It should have been easy to do, but you know me,  I just can’t stop adding stuff.  So please be patient.  And thank you for your support.  One last thing.  I know that you can use the contact page to talk to me, but I would really like to suggest that you use it to ask about things that you really want to know about.  Like techniques I use to assemble and enhane kits.  Many of you have blown right past me in your abilities, but I’ll bet  there are still some things I can tell you to make your builds more successful.  Keep in touch.
