For those of you that have been wondering about Cream City's layout

The layout of the buildings is as shown below, but you can obviously arrange them however you want.  If you have purchased Building B, you already know that we divided it into two separate structures that fit together, for even more versatility.  The top half of Building B, is two storys tall and the triangular shaped bottom half is one story tall.  Also remember that there was a 4th. building that was a FREEBIE.  It will be made available again, for sale shortly.

The first of the older FREEBIES (#19) is available for sale

I asked, and you all told me that I am not being un-ethical to begin making the first 20 freebies available for sale.  Well, the first one is now available.  #19, the Small Wood Ice House was chosen to co-inside with a Youtube tutorial that Sam Miller is planning to do.  Below is the URL to his Youtube video page.                  https://www.youtube.com/c/CardStockModelingforModelRailroads  The others will be available as I get to them.  That will probably mean that the newer ones will be first, as they were closer to being full kits than the earlier offerings.  Have Fun.

Well, I've been thinking. You KNOW there is probably trouble afoot.

We have been getting a lot of new customers lately.  Folks who are just discovering this website.  They have been asking about what the previous FREEBIES were and is there any way to get them.  As most of you know, that have been around a while, when we accumulate 300 sales, a new freebie displaces the current one.  This is great for you folks that have been around a while.  You probably have all 21 of them.

So, the new folks would have a chance to acquire them and to be fair to all you faithfull customers out there, I have been thinking about a “FREEBIE SALE”.  What?  Sell free models?  Maybe?  What do you all think.  I’m looking for your opinions.  I may even follow them.  Know one thing.  If it happens, it won’t be for long and it won’t be cheap.  Probably something like $40.00 for all of the 20 previous freebies.  The current one is still free, DUH.  No partial deals.  No extra work for me.  They would be “as is”.  Earlier ones are pretty simple and maybe have instructions.  More recent ones are more like full kits.

What do you think?  Let me know.

P.S.  As long as I’m asking, what do you think of me converting them all to kits for individual sale?
